CAAR’s Public Affairs Committee presents the 2026 Property Rights luncheon featuring a discussion regarding zoning and its impact on housing affordability.  Speakers whose work crosses the Commonwealth will share their experiences drafting new zoning code, advocating for changes in zoning code and implementing the code.  Panelists include:

•    Lyle Solle-Yates, University of Virginia & Charlottesville Planning Commission member
