Michael Guthrie, President Emeritus of Howard Hanna Roy Wheeler Realty Company in Charlottesville, VA, joined in 2005 after 22 years managing real estate in Northern Virginia with 3 offices and 90 Realtor Associates, he graduated from the University of Virginia in 1975 and received his Masters in 1976. Serving as CAAR’s President in 2009 and named REALTOR® of the Year in 2010, he was also honored as the Chamber of Commerce Small Business-Person of the Year in 2010. Guthrie is active in UVa athletics and serves on the CAAR Foundation, Abundant Life, and University Physicians Group Board of Directors. Hosting the award-winning radio show "Real Estate Matters" on WINA every Saturday morning, he is a RIS Media influencer and member of the CAAR Honor Society.

Cancellation requests, (written or phoned) will be accepted through 5:00 p.m. two business days preceding each class. All paid tuition other than a $25 non-refundable, non-transferable deposit will be refunded. No refunds will be given for cancellations made after the close of business on that day. (Requests for refund consideration due to extenuating circumstances must be received by CAAR in writing within 15 days after class start date).
