The 2-hour class provides an overview of the rules and regulations related to advertising. It then focuses on broker supervision and best practices for ensuring appropriate supervision, with specific emphasis on Teams, Fair Housing, and Property Management. Sean’s past legal practice focused on civil litigation where he handled cases ranging from personal injury to landlord-tenant disputes.
