Upon completing this course, attendees will acquire a comprehensive understanding of the real estate transaction process, spanning from the inception of the listing agreement through to contract ratification and settlement.

Furthermore, participants will gain the skills necessary to foster effective collaborations with fellow real estate professionals, all while advocating for the best interests of their clients. They will also become adept at identifying and effectively leveraging the myriad transaction management resources offered by the Association. In addition, attendees will:

1. Develop a keen proficiency in navigating complex real estate transactions with confidence and competence.
2. Cultivate strategies for streamlining client interactions, ensuring a seamless and customer-centric experience.
3. Harness cutting-edge tools and techniques for efficient transaction management, elevating their effectiveness in the field.
