Master the intricacies of CAAR MLS Rules & Regulations, thereby safeguarding themselves against potential fines stemming from listing infractions. Members: No Show Fee-Student that register for classes/event that are FREE for members will be charged a no-show fee of $10 after not attending the class/event. All paid tuition other than the $10 non-refundable, non-transferable to another person deposit will be refunded.
