Our guest speakers will talk about their organizations, share the work they’re doing in the community, and offer their perspectives on today’s affordable housing challenges. We’ll wrap up with an open Q&A, giving attendees the chance to ask questions and join the conversation. Serving as CAAR’s President in 2009 and named REALTOR® of the Year in 2010, he was also honored as the Chamber of Commerce Small Business-Person of the Year in 2010. Guthrie is active in UVa athletics and serves on the CAAR Foundation, Abundant Life, and University Physicians Group Board of Directors. Hosting the award-winning radio show "Real Estate Matters" on WINA every Saturday morning, he is a RIS Media influencer and member of the CAAR Honor Society. Students that register for classes/event that are FREE for members will be charged a no-show fee of $10 after not attending the class/event.
