New Member Orientation Agenda: As part of your 6-month REALTOR membership *requirement, this session will offer you a new member overview of CAAR, NAR (National and VAR (State) assoc. and REALTOR® member benefits. We will explore SentriLock, your SSO Dashboard, RPAC, MLS rules and violation avoidance, How to view and understand your education credit hours with DPOR, Billing and Annual Dues, REALTOR® Safety, navigating the CAAR Portal and an overview of CAAR's Paragon MLS homepage and platform, MLS help and more. Zoom Link Zoom Link Vann, Tiffany Tiffany has been with CAAR since 2004 and teaching New Member Orientation since 2007. She serves CAAR as the Membership & Compliance Manager. She moved to Port St. Lucie Florida in 2023 but travels to Virginia frequently to attend events and spend time helping members and coworkers. Tiffany has served as a Professional Standards Administrator for Code of Ethics and Arbitration procedures since 2010. Her primary areas of support are in membership for REALTORS and Affiliates, member benefits, bylaws, compliance procedures, MLS rules and regulations, lockbox services and dues and fees billing. She also serves as Liaison for the REALTOR Political Action Committee (RPAC), and supports the CAAR REALTOR Store. When not working, she enjoys creating artwork with 'beach finds' and spending time on the water with friends and her husband Troy.
