Janice has been licensed as a REALTOR(R) since 2013 and a broker since 2017.  She's been a member of CAAR since 2013.  Her current memberships include the Board of Directors of the Charlottesville Area Association of REALTORS(R) (CAAR) and the Professional Development Committee for Virginia Realtors Association(VAR). She is immediate Past President of the Blue Ridge Women’s Council of Realtors network. Janice is an alumnus of the 2019 Leadership Charlottesville cohort and a member of the Pat Jensen Leadership Academy, class of 2023. As a member of National Association of REALTORS(R), ­ Janice has been a major contributor to the REALTORS(R) Political Action Committee­. She has served as a qualified trainer for the Virginia Housing Authority. She has PSA, MRP and GRI designations. 

Cancellation requests (written or phoned) will be accepted through 5:00 p.m. two business days preceding each class. All paid tuition other than the $10 non-refundable, non-transferable to another person deposit will be refunded. No refunds will be given for cancellations made after the close of business on that day. (Requests for refund consideration due to extenuating circumstances must be received by CAAR in writing within 15 days after class start date).
