This course will clarify how the Code helps your business and the reputation of all REALTORS®. It covers the Code of Ethics, case interpretations, and fair housing. Case studies provide a hands-on opportunity for learning how to apply the Code in business every day. About the GRI Program: This course is one of ten (10) courses from the Virginia REALTOR® Institute Program curriculum that a student must successfully complete to earn the Graduate, REALTOR® Institute (GRI) designation. This program also provides post licensing students (1st year) to earn the necessary 30 hours of required credits. With an additional on-demand course, The Basics of Financing, students will be ready for their completion of the 30 hours within a year.
